Aegis Technology offers its premium monitoring service for only $16.95, with no signal quotas, or other hidden charges. Service includes:
- Quick response to all alarm signals, contacting police, fire or amburlance as appropriate.*
- Maintaining a customer profile to include location, alarm zones, secret password, emergency contacts;
- Maintaining off-site alarm history at the central monitoring station;
- Recording of "open" and "closes" (arm/disarm) by user code;
- Conducting verification on all burglar alarms;
* All burglar alarms received by central monitoring station are first verified by calling the location before contacting law enforcement. The purpose of alarm verification is to reduce the frequence of dispatching police to locations due to human error or faulty equipment. All fire and medical signals, including panic buttons, are handled as emergencies and the appropriate authorities are contacted without alarm verification.
